Ordering info: To book an activity simply go to the appropriate page
within our website

select the date and qty
Once you have done that click on ADD, and click OK. If you would like to
reserve multiple activities just select the following and add them to the
shopping cart. When finished proceed to "Check-Out" Top bar right button.
That will take you to the payment page, select your location (choose
"Inside Antilles" here), and type payment (type credit card). Then "Submit
to secure order form" You will then be taken to our secure payment form.
There you will have to fill out the complete form, and on the borrom you
will find a "comment" area. Here please let us know where you will be
staying on St. Maarten or on which cruiseship you arrive.
After you have submitted this secure payment form you will receive a
automated order confirmation, this only means that the order has been
placed, it does not mean the reservation has been confirmed.
Confirmation is done by way of a printable confirmation voucher which you
will receive within 24-48 hours of placing the order. This voucher you
will have to print and present when checking in for the tour. You will
have to confirm receipt of this voucher.
You will not be charged for the deposit until we have send you the
printable confirmation voucher.

Conditions:

voucher(s) by e-mail.
You must confirm receipt of your voucher(s).
Non compliance will result in cancelation of your tour
(Your credit card then will not be charged)
Cancelation fees (of the deposit):
- more than one week before a trip - 25%
- less than a week but more than 48 hrs before a trip - 50%
- less than 48 hrs before a trip - 100% (no refund)
(For refunds we must charge a minimum of $10.)
In case of NO-SHOW your credit card will be charged for the full
amount of the booked tour.
Full refunds for trips cancelled by the operator.(for e.g. weather
conditions)
All tours will be booked according to availability.
You can of course specify your preferences in the "comments" box on the
"secure order" form and we will book as much as possible according to your
wishes.
We accept no liability whatsoever for bookings made through this website.
Credit cards will be charged for the deposit after we have send the
reservation voucher.
Your credit card statement will read either Robasacts or Turtle Pier
Restaurant.
All offered activities are operated by independent companies.
Saint Martin Activities acts only as the sales/reservations agent of the
operators.
All activities are subject to availability and/or cancellation based on
weather, itinerary changes, and attendance.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on
excursions.
Please be aware that nudity or topless bathing may be observed.
